Darling in the Franxx Episode 11 - Anime Review
OMG! Kokoro is such a bad girl! This week’s episode is mainly focused on Mitsuru and Kokoro. Their character development is amazing. I had a grudge against Mitsuru because of his dick-move in episode 3. However, after seeing this episode I think he is in fact a good guy. Adding to that, the Kokoro x Mitsuru ship is sailing strong!

Nanatsu no Taizai Season 2 Episode 9 - Anime Review
Wow! Wow! Wow! We finally get to see Meliodas very emotional. To be honest, I almost chocked up seeing the heart wrenching scenes with Liz. In my opinion, this was the best and most emotional episode of Nanatsu no Taizai yet. I am so pumped up to see the Seven Deadly Sins develop even more.

Nanatsu no Taizai Season 2 Episode 10 - Anime Review
This week’s episode was very enjoyable. This iteration of the Seven Deadly Sins was split into two parts. The first half was rather emotional with the back story of Ban and Zhivago and second was more light-hearted. However, at the end, the story got more and more tense, escalating into the confrontation by King of Meliodas and his past with the Ten Commandments.

Darling in the Franxx Episode 10 - Anime Review
In this week, we get a Zorome focused episode. I didn’t quite enjoy this episode as much as the last one, which was really epic. However, there was a lot of world building and clarifications on the purpose of adults in this world. Zorome had a lot of screen time in which he had a lot of development.

Nanatsu no Taizai Season 2 Episode 3 - Anime Review
Nanatsu no Taizai 2 is still going strong with this episode. This wasn’t my favourite episode so far, but it doesn’t mean it won’t get better in the future. I am definitely hyped to see the upcoming epic fight.

Darling in the Franxx Episode 8 - Anime Review
The tale of fanservice continues for our mech pilots. Sexuality and nudity are the main themes in this episode. After a wardrobe failure, the girls are trying to keep their distance from the boys. However, Zero Two, being best-girl, is doing everything she can to sabotage all the effort by the girls, which results in formidable and enjoyable situations. Man, I would do terrible things to be Hiro.

Attack on Titan Season 3 Episode 1 - Anime Review
Finally, after one year of waiting we get another season of Attack on Titan. After the events of the second season, I am eager to see the continuation of this well-liked story. As promised, we will get some more on Captain Levi and the politics of a society behind walls. However, I hope we will not fall short on the savage action of a Human vs Titan battle.

Darling in the Franxx Episode 9 - Anime Review
Wow, wow, wow! This episode had so much going on. The romantic tensions in the last episodes got finally their pay off. And damn, it was beautiful to see Goro coping with his feelings for Ichigo. I admit, I am completely addicted to this show!

Darling in the Franxx Episode 6 - Anime Review
In this episode we got again glorious battle scenes, which were expertly animated by Studio Trigger and A1-Pictures. However, with this episode I am quite worried for the future of this series. Hiro’s tumour just vanished, without any consequences for our protagonist. I hope that the characters of this series don’t get a to big of a Plot-Armor, which would ruin the vibe of this 24-episode long anime. Having said that, I am very pleased with this episode and I am looking forward to next week.

Darling in the Franxx Episode 4 - Anime Review
Here we have it! I believe it’s safe to say that Darling in the FranXX is the anime of the season. There were so many things going on in this episode. The romance is better than in most dedicated romance-anime, the cinematography is as good as “Eureka Seven” and the action is breath-taking.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 47 - Anime Review
With this episode the Byajuya Gang Arc ends. I find it fantastic, that Boruto: Naruto Next Generations turned the drama up to eleven. The fight scenes where epic and enjoyable. However, I still think the main villain is a bit bland. Nevertheless, it was a great episode!

Darling in the Franxx Episode 7 - Anime Review
Ii is the round number seven for Darling in the FranXX and it is time for the mighty (I believe it is even mandatory in japan). This is usually a huge turn down for any anime Fan who doesn’t really care for the fanservice everybody else is craving for. Will this episode be bad or are Studio Trigger and A1-Pictures able to pull it off?

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 48 - Anime Review
This review will be a little shorter than the previous ones because of the fact, that the Byakuya Gang arc is now finished, and it is again time for some filler episodes. Nevertheless, this episode was quite enjoyable, because we get to see some side characters shine.

Darling in the Franxx Episode 1 - Anime Review
The winter season is well underway, and Studio TRIGGER has arrived on the scene with Darling in the FRANXX. In a world where children’s only value is determined by their ability to pilot robots known as FRANXX, young Hiro, also known as Code 016, has seemingly lost this essential ability. Resigned to being dismissed to a worthless life, his life is changed when he meets a girl pilot, or “parasite”, by the name of Zero Two.

Looks like Shikadai will be the focus of this arc as they deal with this Byakuya Gang. Next episode looks interesting, and things will probably get more dangerous as we saw a brief glimpse of Metal in the hospital.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 50 - Anime Review
This week’s episode was again more of a filler. However, it was the occasion for the teachers of the ninja academy to get their screen time. Most of the episode was more or less a rundown of all the students, but at the end we got a funny pay off with the teachers.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 41 - Anime Review
The new Team 7's first official mission closes out in a satisfying (though highly predictable) manner this week, as Boruto and company face off against Hidari and Ashimaru. At the end of the day, the conflict in the Green Banks was ultimately a less harrowing affair than the attempted coup in the Hidden Mist and the Nue incident, but it provided the kids with the perfect opportunity to work as a cohesive unit and recognize one another's strengths. Although the big battle against this arc's villains isn't quite as epic as the previous episode suggested it might be, the action and character chemistry is serviceable enough given the story's surprisingly short length

Koi wa Ameagari no You ni Episode 1 - Anime Review
The highlight of the story isn't the characters or the story but the animation itself. As I watch the first episode of Koi wa Ameagari no You ni I was pulled in by the animation and throughout I was amazed just how nice and detailed it was at times but I realized it was the only thing keeping me tuned to my laptop. Damn this animation is good.

Nanatsu no Taizai Season 2 Episode 2 - Anime Review
Some elements felt pretty rushed compared to the manga and the shock value wasn't emphasized upon. I just hope that they won't rush it to the point where they start deleting canon elements like in season 1.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 45 - Anime Review
There is no doubt that this series is getting better and better with each episode. The arc is still going on, but I can say till now it is the best episode of this Byakuya Gang arc. So about the episode, Ryogi was the main center of this episode. We saw Ryogi’s backstory in the episode and man it was dark.

Koi wa Ameagari no You ni Episode 3 - Anime Review
Watching this title, and thinking back on the similarly sharp writing in other seinen and josie (e.g., Kuzu no Honkai, Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu), it would be nice if Japanese women wrote more anime. They seem to be doing the best work right now, and have a strong knack for character development—even in ecchi (e.g., Okusama ga Seitokaichou), which is usually devoid of personality.
